The Bull & Last Collaboration Gin
We had the pleasure of making this gin with our good friends at The Bull & Last, Highgate.
This gin is a celebration of local culinary ingredients; cold-pressed rapeseed oil, bay leaves grown outside the pub and green apple, with Juniper at its core. The botanical recipe is infused in British wheat spirit under high pressure then cold-distilled at 45°C. Distilling at low temperatures ensures that delicate and subtle flavours are captured consistently. Bottled at 41.3% abv.
We recommend you try this savoury and versatile gin at home in a dry martini with a lemon twist or in a G&T with a sprig of rosemary or bay leaf.
